Space is huge. There is really no end to it. There’s trillions of planets and most likely aliens. The only thing is most likely we are the only people in space because in the universe there was really only a short amount of time that life could be produced and live comfortably. Even when earth got life it was a very slim chance, so if aliens are out there they probably able to adapt to some very extreme conditions, but they might be in a different galaxy because for sure in this galaxy the period for life to start is over.
